Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the professional world of bodybuilding as one of the top women. Aleesha, born in 1984 to an athlete family. They also had siblings who played games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer, and basketball before she began fitness at fifteen. Her professional card was issued after she won NPC USA Championships. She began to compete in 2008, however she started competing since 2008. In 2014 she also competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. Her 2015 finish was 9th. Aleesha got herself into her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Her first show as a professional included the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 the bodybuilder completed her most impressive WOS Rising Phoenix performance, when she placed fourth. The "World's Most Strongest Mom" has been taking a wellness break.
